So 2010 is pretty much done and over with.

Yeah, wow…that was fast.

The theme of 2010 for me was “you should have trusted your gut”.  Too many times I said and did things that I thought were the things I “had to do” or things I “should do” regardless of whether my gut said it was a bad idea or not.

I struck out quite a bit this year trying to swing for the fences.  I should have taken some more pitches.  The year did wrap up nicely for me however, getting a jump on the whole trusting my gut thing for 2011.

Things I’d like to accomplish in 2011:

- Start or be super involved in a different type of Cancer non profit.  I’ve worked with a bunch, but I really haven’t felt like I’ve found the “one” to devote all of my time to.  I might have to do it myself…with the help of some friends.

- More Qwotebook.  It launched.  But launching Qwotebook wasn’t my dream.  2011 will be the year of quotes if I have anything to say about it.

- Write more.  I sit on the sidelines while watching tech a lot, taking notes and having private conversations about trends and where things are going and well…I’m right. A lot.  So I guess I have a knack for it, and plan to share more of my thoughts and insight.

- Of course, trust my gut instincts.  If I feel “no”, then it’s a “no”.  Period, end of story.

I hope your 2010 was a great one.  I’m looking forward to ‘11.
